We mail eligible retail orders from Fayetteville to addresses in Georgia, USA. The minimum is $25 in eligible merchandise after discounts and before tax, shipping, or fees. Every physical item in a shipped order must qualify. Place a separate pickup order for any pickup-only items. Local pickup has no shipping minimum.
What can go in a shipping box?
Our shipping selection includes sealed dry baking mixes, breadcrumbs, croutons, and selected plain or cranberry walnut sourdough loaves. Only foods that can travel safely at room temperature qualify. Eggs, live starter, refrigerated fillings or toppings, and items outside the shipping selection cannot be mailed through checkout. If you have a food allergy, ask about the specific item before ordering. We use shared equipment.
Address, shipping options and tracking
Enter the recipient’s first and last name, street address or USPS PO Box, apartment or suite if applicable, city, Georgia ZIP code, and United States as the country. Give us an email address and a phone number we can use to resolve delivery questions. Check the shipping address in your confirmation. Email us immediately if it needs correction. We may be unable to redirect a package after handoff.
USPS Ground Advantage is an economy option for dry pantry orders. USPS Priority Mail is available for eligible pantry and bread orders. Checkout shows the available services and the bakery’s shipping and handling charge before payment. Transit estimates begin when USPS accepts the package. Allow additional time for baking, cooling, and packing. We send tracking when the package ships. For an event or a time-sensitive gift, contact us before ordering so we can check the dispatch date.
How we pack and dispatch
We fully cool baked goods before wrapping them in clean, food-grade packaging. We seal dry mixes against moisture, label each food package, and cushion the items in a sturdy, sealed shipping box. Labels identify the product, net quantity, ingredients, and applicable major allergens. We choose a dispatch day that avoids a foreseeable weekend or holiday hold. If a weather delay or carrier interruption makes the trip unsuitable, we contact you before dispatch to arrange a new date or a refund.
When your package arrives
Bring the box indoors promptly. Inspect the inner food packaging before serving. Discard any food with a broken inner seal, water intrusion, visible mold, or signs of contamination. Do not taste it to check. Follow the product’s storage directions. Keep unopened dry mixes cool and dry, and cook mixes according to their instructions before eating. For longer storage, wrap and freeze sound bread promptly.
If a package is missing, damaged, or arrives in poor condition, email info@solandsahara.com promptly, preferably within 24 hours of discovering the issue. Include your order number, tracking number, and photos of the box, label, and affected item if safe to take. Please contact us before returning food. We review replacement or refund options under our Refund and Returns Policy.
